After decades of managing, supporting, and launching successful businesses, Adrian Spell took a leap of faith to pursue his own dream—creating a company dedicated to helping others bring their building goals to life.
Adrian brings a well-rounded background in finance, sales, and risk management, giving clients confidence that every project is handled with professionalism, precision, and long-term value in mind.

Meet Jon Spell
Jon joined Cornerstone Steel Buildings in its early stages, helping lay the foundation for the company’s growth and success.
With a background in education and a master’s degree in the field, Jon brings a unique, people-first approach to every interaction. Still active in his career as an educator and coach, he naturally applies a “game plan” mindset to sales—focusing on preparation, guidance, and delivering winning results for every customer.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys spending time with his wife and children, staying active through sports and making the most of outdoor life around the lake.
Practical Engineer & Manufacturing Expert
Meet Drew Jarrett
Drew Jarrett brings a unique combination of hands-on construction experience and technical expertise to the Cornerstone Steel Buildings team. His background spans construction, concrete, manufacturing, CNC programming, and product development engineering—giving him a perspective that goes far beyond simply putting a building on paper.
Throughout his career, Drew has worked his way from the construction field into the technical side of manufacturing and engineering. That experience has taught him how to look at a project from both sides: understanding what works in the real world while also knowing how to turn an idea into a well-designed, functional product. At Cornerstone, Drew uses that experience to help customers find practical building solutions that fit their needs, while bringing a strong understanding of design, materials, manufacturing, and construction to every project.
When he’s not working, Drew’s time is usually spent with his wife and three daughters. Between volleyball, tennis, and gymnastics, the family stays busy cheering each other on. When they get a break from the practices and competitions, you’ll most likely find them on the lake—boating, relaxing, and enjoying time together outdoors.
Drew’s hands-on mindset, technical knowledge, and commitment to finding the right solution make him a valuable part of the Cornerstone team.
